:. Check your selected broker’s industry experience, certifications and qualifications.
:. Check that your broker has personal indemnity insurance.
:. Check that your selected broker has access to a wide range of lenders.
:. Ask how your broker will be paid. Do they receive a commission from lenders or do you pay a fee?
:. Check what criteria your broker uses to make a decision on which lender to approach.
:. Ensure you have all your personal and current loan and visa card documents with you when you meet the broker. Ask plenty of questions.
:. Use your gut feelings to ensure you are happy with your choice of broker.
